Iliana was absolutely amazing! We had a great experience. The batting cage was giving us trouble but they helped fix them and we had a great time! Will definitely be back!
Sammie, We had the pleasure of being served by Sammie during our recent visit during the playoffs, and I can’t say enough great things about her! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. She checked in just the right amount! Perfect timing!! It’s rare to find someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, and it definitely showed in her service. She made our dining experience even more enjoyable—thank you for making us feel so welcome! Highly recommend asking for her if you’re visiting

Came from Texas for hockey and found this awesome pre game, visited several times and had great food and service each time. Definatly recomend but advise erly on gameday cuz it gets packed, not a bad thing cuz the game vibe is awesome, great food and beers, a hockey fans must visit spot
We visited The Canadian Icehouse for the second time yesterday, and once again, the food did not disappoint. The steak bites were incredibly tender, and the Icehouse Burger was just as tasty. Unfortunately, the rooftop wasn’t open this time because of the smoke, but the bar still had a great vibe. Our server, Tatum, was amazing—she genuinely went above and beyond and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. We’ll definitely be back again soon!
Came in NYE, it was packed. Didn’t have a reservation so I sat at the bar. Fil the bartender had an efficient order of operations. I saw him take care of myself and the other guests in a timely manner with great banter. Awesome service and staff. Even the waitresses take time to interact and help out. The sisters Mackenzie and Kirsten go above and beyond! Can’t wait to return.
What an experience! I do travel a lot, and the thing that elevates an experience more than anything is the service. One word, Darby. Hope I spelled it right. From pillar to post, exemplary service. Beer and food can, and are served everywhere. What stood out was how we were treated, on a super busy night, with skill and warmth. Being from out of town we tried some local beers that were perfect. Watching the Oilers win in the playoffs will be an all-time greatest memory of my trip to Edmonton. If you are in the area, check out The Canadian Ice House, you will not be disappointed.
Both me and my fiance are fans of Canadian Brewhouse, but have never checked out this location. Big thanks to my friend Damon for inviting us to watch the big game between Canada and USA. The food was great and tasty. The server was very attentive and was very friendly. The atmosphere was crazy! We will definitely be back and next time want to get the Yacht that is full of shots.
